Ten Sayings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Regarding Good Character

"Indeed, we have not sent you (Oh Muhammad) except as a mercy to the worlds." - Quran 21:107
It's no wonder the name of this blessed and unlettered Prophet is the most widespread name in the world as of 2023.
Roughly 2 Billion people living on earth right now have some sort of love for this man.
A man who came with a simple goal: To affirm previous Prophetic messages about the oneness of God, to seal prophethood, and to perfect good moral character.
"Verily, God did not send me to be harsh or obstinate, rather He sent me to teach and to put at ease.” he once said. (Muslim)
There are seemingly countless sayings attributed to the Prophet Muhammad regarding good character. Here are 10, which are simple, yet powerful.
"Virtue is noble behavior, and sin is that which creates doubt and you do not like people to know about it." (Muslim)
"The best of you is the best among you in conduct." (Bukhari and Muslim)
Nothing will be heavier on the Day of Resurrection in the Scale of the believer than good manners. God highly dislikes the one who utters foul or coarse language." (Tirmidhi)
"A believer will attain by his good behavior the rank of one who prays during the night and fasts during the day." (Abu Dawud)
"Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Cheer the people up by conveying glad tidings to them and do not repulse them." (Bukhari and Muslim)
"He who is deprived of forbearance and gentleness is, in fact, deprived of all goodness." (Muslim)
"Shall I not tell you whom the Fire is forbidden to touch? It is forbidden to touch a man who is always accessible; having polite and tender nature." (Tirmidhi)
"God is the forbearer and loves forbearance in all matters." (Bukhari and Muslim)
God has revealed to me that you should humble yourselves to one another. One should neither hold himself above another nor transgress against another." (Muslim)
I guarantee a house in Paradise for one who gives up arguing,
even if he is in the right; and I guarantee a home in the middle of Paradise for one who abandons lying even for the sake of fun, and I guarantee a house in the highest part of Paradise for one who has good manners." (Abu Dawud)
