Beautiful patience. I wait patiently as uncertain waves hit my conscience.
Wave after wave, they batter my ship as I ascend to a higher level, trying not to slip.
Will I sink? Will I fail? I must be careful in the direction that I steer.
Becoming a prisoner of my own vessel is something that I fear.
Sailing through this distracting life, I look through the spyglass; my vision is clear.
Out in the distance, there is something I want. This will take a lot of persistence, but I must have patience.
I will endure. I will endure beautifully.
Patiently, I wait, as I know my Lord has never forsaken me.
For He is enough for me and will take care of me.
